Chicago Strings offer high quality violin, viola, and cello rentals of all sizes for students at quarterly rate.  Rental instruments include bow (wood or carbon fiber), and case.  Cello rentals include soft case.  Your rental fee goes towards purchase of the instrument, up to 50% of the value of the instrument.

To rent an instrument, please call or email us to set up an appointment to size the student properly,  Quarterly rentals are charged directly to your credit card on file with us and are automatically deducted first of every three months.

Violas
1/8 – 2/3 $25/month
3/4 – full $30/month

Cellos
1/10 – 1/2 $50
